- Communication (meetings, presentations, marketing, etc.)
- Negotiations
- Decision-making
- Project management
- Conflict management
- Organisation
- Company expectations.
In behavioural and communications training you will learn:
- Appropriate behaviour in and with intercultural teams (leadership, communication, negotiations, etc.)
- To recognise and prevent possible conflict
- A creative approach to handling various potential solutions.
