Training, coaching and workshops are geared to your objectives. From a holistic viewpoint you will interactively and diversely experience various perspectives, styles of thinking and behaviour, gaining surprising, exciting, new knowledge.

The methods vary from individual and small group exercises, exchange of experience, group discussions and self-assessment, though role plays as well as video sequence analysis, so that you experience other cultures ‘hands on’ on as many levels as possible.

Emphasis is also placed on learning how different cultural aspects and values in the target culture influence daily business. The course is also geared to you reflecting on your own cultural behaviour, recognising your own culturally-specific behaviour.
