Trainer profile
Uta Schulz has an MA in Scandinavian studies and general business administration. She studied in Hamburg and Stockholm and worked in various organizational areas of German-Scandinavian organizations and companies. Since 2003 she has been a freelance trainer and coach in intercultural competence and intercultural teambuilding. She has also worked as a translator and interpreter as well as a Swedish teacher.
Uta Schulz has acted as a group leader on many study trips to Scandinavia and Finland. As an exchange student she majored in natural sciences for one year at Spånga high school in Stockholm.
Uta Schulz regularly takes part in further training in adult education as well as intercultural communication and competence. In her work she takes current findings into consideration and adds to scientific knowledge through her own projects.
Uta Schulz works with Scandinavians and Finns in the German market or those who want to enter the German market as well as with Germans who are on international assignment in Nordic countries.
